All items are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD$). 

Orders will be packed and ready for delivery within 2 working days upon payment. Backorder items have an estimated waiting time of 2 to 3 weeks. 

Kindly note that as each item is unique and individually made, do expect slight variations between each pieces.

For orders under S$150
Standard courier shipping (2 - 3 working days)    |   FREE

For orders above S$150
Home Delivery (2 - 3 working days)    |    FREE

International Delivery (5 -10 working days)

DHL is our shipping partner, delivery cost will vary based on package volumetric weight.

Returns

Our team will check every order thoroughly before packing. We only accept returns for orders that are damaged during delivery. 

To request for a return due to valid reasons*, please get in touch with us at hello.maelstrom@gmail.com with a photo and description of the problem.

Each item is handmade - there will be slight variation between pieces. Returns due to this will not be accepted.
