In Japan, a chuzara is the medium plate, the one that does most of the work at mealtimes. Ours is made for exactly that.

Just the right size for appetisers, small bites, a slice of cake or a side of grilled vegetables, it brings together a rustic texture and a refined slate grey glaze. Set a few around the table and every course feels thoughtfully served.

Handcrafted from high-fired stoneware with a smooth matte finish.

Care
Food, microwave and dishwasher safe. Avoid steel sponges and stainless steel cutlery, which can mark the glaze. Not suitable for oven or freezer use, and avoid sudden temperature changes.
