    • Do you have a physical store to view the items?

    • How do I know if my order is placed successfully?

    Your order number will be reflected after payment is made. An email notification will also be sent. 

    • When will my order arrive?

    Once an order is placed and payment is received, the team will pack and send out your item for delivery within 2-3 working days. Backorders have a waiting period of 2-3 weeks.

    • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do - International delivery prices vary based on the parcel's volumetric weight. Please write in to us if you do not see the country you would like to ship to.

    • Will you be restocking an item?

    All items listed are either in stock or available for backorders. Seasonal or special collections might not be restocked.

    • How do I change or cancel a recent order?

    It is not possible to change an order after it has been successfully submitted. However do write in to us and we will advise what can be done.
